|Officiant||O God, make speed to save us.|
|All||O Lord, make haste to help us.|
|Glory to the Father, and to the Son, and to the Holy Spirit: as it was in the beginning, is now, and ever shall be, world without end. Amen.|
You have been favorable to our land, O LORD; *
you have restored the fortunes of Jacob.
You have forgiven the iniquity of your people *
and covered all their sin.
You have withdrawn all your fury *
and turned away from your burning anger.
Restore us again, O God of our salvation, *
and put away your anger toward us!
Will you be angry with us forever? *
Will you prolong your anger to all generations?
Will you not revive us again, *
that your people may rejoice in you?
Show us your faithful love, O LORD, *
and grant us your salvation.
Let me hear what God the LORD is saying, *
for he will speak peace to his people, his saints;
but let them not turn back to folly.
Surely his salvation is near to those who fear him; *
that glory may dwell in our land.
Steadfast love and faithfulness meet together; *
righteousness and peace kiss each other.
Faithfulness springs up from the ground, *
and righteousness looks down from heaven.
Indeed, the LORD will give what is good, *
and our land will yield its increase.
Righteousness goes before him *
and will make his footsteps into our pathway.Composite
71 In you, O LORD, do I take refuge;
|All||Glory to the Father, and to the Son, and to the Holy Spirit: as it was in the beginning, is now, and ever shall be, world without end. Amen.|
The LessonsThe Lessons for Monday
|Wash yourselves; make yourselves clean; remove the evil of your deeds from before my eyes; cease to do evil, learn to do good; seek justice, defend the oppressed; take up the cause of the fatherless; plead the case of the widow. Come now, let us reason together, says the Lord: though your sins are like scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; though they are red like crimson, they shall become like wool. If you are willing and obedient, you shall eat the good of the land; but if you refuse and rebel, you shall be eaten by the sword; for the mouth of the Lord has spoken.|
|Work out your own salvation with fear and trembling, for it is God who works in you, both to will and to work for his good pleasure.|
Philippians 2:12b-13 ESV
|If anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; the old has passed away; behold, the new has come. All this is from God, who through Christ reconciled us to himself and gave us the ministry of reconciliation.|
2 Corinthians 5:17-18

|Officiant||Lord, have mercy|
|All||Christ, have mercy|
|Lord, have mercy|
|All||Our Father, who art in heaven,|
hallowed be thy Name,
thy kingdom come, thy will be done,
on earth as it is in heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread.
And forgive us our trespasses,
as we forgive those who trespass against us.
And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil.
For thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory,
for ever and ever. Amen.
|Officiant||Lord, hear our prayer|
|All||And let our cry come to you.|
|Heavenly Father, send your Holy Spirit into our hearts, to direct and rule us according to your will, to comfort us in all our afflictions, to defend us from all error, and to lead us into all truth; through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.|
|O||Let us bless the Lord.|
|A||Thanks be to God.|
|O||The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, and the love of God, and the fellowship of the Holy Spirit, be with us all evermore. Amen. |
